Sheila and John have been producing award-winning lambs for many many years. After taking to John about him, Sheila and the farm I asked him what is it that you do that makes your lambs so tender and tasty. John laughed and said, “ if I told you that I’d have to kill you”!!! Obviously he only joking.

It’s all down to the way we keep and feed them. After years and years, John said that he has prepared and perfected his very own feeding system which gives his lambs the sweet unique taste.
